You may return any unused and unopened products you purchased from us, within 30 days of receiving the product.
Kindly Contact Us before returning any items. All returns must be prearranged and authorized by our Customer Support.
To be eligible for a refund, your item MUST be unused and in the original condition that you received it. The packaging MUST NOT be broken wherever applicable. We reserve all the rights to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality related issues. Under any circumstances, we will not refund the original shipping cost.
We cannot accept returns under these circumstances:
- It is beyond the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Period.
- The order was placed by mistake.
- The size of the item or a size chart is included in the product description but you chose the wrong size.
- There is a perceived color difference between the item and your computer monitor/mobile phone screen due to display settings.
- You have changed your mind or you no longer need the item.
You are responsible for the shipping charges to return a product back to us for a refund or exchange under the 30 Day Guarantee.
You must return the product to us using a trackable shipping service. We shall not be responsible if your item is lost or undelivered during shipping.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will do this whether or not we are able to give you a refund.
If your refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Please note that there will be a processing time by your credit card company or bank for the refund. The refund can take up to 6 business days to process. Kindly contact us if you do not receive your refund after 6 business days.
